Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast or 2 -3 lbs top round roast
- 2 cups sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, whole
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup water or 1 cup beef broth
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
- 2 cook on low for 6-8 hours.
