Tex-mex Chili Cheese Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown and drain meat.
  • 2 add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
  • 3 bring to a boil, stir in rice and velveeta.
  • 4 bring to a boil.
  • 5 cover and remove from heat. let stand 5 minutes.
  • 6 stir until well blended.
