Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups minute rice
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown and drain meat.
- 2 add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
- 3 bring to a boil, stir in rice and velveeta.
- 4 bring to a boil.
- 5 cover and remove from heat. let stand 5 minutes.
- 6 stir until well blended.
