Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 16 ounces sauerkraut
- 16 ounces cooked corned beef (leftovers work great!)
- 8 ounces sliced swiss cheese
- 4 ounces thousand island dressing
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 365 degrees.
- 2 start by spraying oil on a oven safe 9x9 dish.
- 3 start building the casserole:.
- 4 lay half a bag of shredded potatoes evenly in the pan.
- 5 then 1/2 cup of (8oz) of chopped corned beef.
- 6 then 8 oz of sauerkraut and the entires cup of dressing.
- 7 add another layer of chopped corned beef 1/2 cup.
- 8 then another layer of sauerkraut 1/2 cup.
- 9 add the rest of the shredded potatoes.
- 10 top with sliced swiss cheese and cover entire dish with foil and place in center rack of oven for 30 minutes.
- 11 check and make sure cheese is melted. cool for 10 minutes before serving.
