Soy Sauce Substitute

Ingredients

- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil or 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 dash mustard powder
- 1 dash black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in bowl combine first 2 ingredients stirring to dissolve bouillon. stir in remaining ingredients.
- 2 use in recipe calling for soy sauce. store in refrigerator up to 6 months in tightly covered jar. stir thoroughly and let come to room temperature before using.
