Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
- 11 ounces sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
- 2 (4 ounce) packages corned beef, diced
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup rye crackers (crushed)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 in 9x13 pan,spread layer of sauerkraut, topwith tomatoes,dot with dressing.
- 2 cover with corned beef,and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 3 mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top.
- 4 bake at 425 for 20-25 min.
