Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

• 11 ounces sauerkraut (drained)
• 2 tomatoes (sliced)
• 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
• 2 (4 ounce) packages corned beef, diced
• 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
• 1 cup rye crackers (crushed)
• 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

• 1 in 9x13 pan,spread layer of sauerkraut, topwith tomatoes,dot with dressing.
• 2 cover with corned beef,and sprinkle cheese on top.
• 3 mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top.
• 4 bake at 425 for 20-25 min.
