Spicy Wine Roast For Slow Cookers

Total Time: 8 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 -4 lbs beef roast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 (24 g) packages beef gravy
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3/4-1 cup dry red wine
  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  • 2 place in slow-cooker.
