- 4 lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons beef gravy
Recipe
- 1 fill a large skillet 1/4-inch high with water.
- 2 add soy sauce, pepper, garlic salt, onion, gravy and soup mix to skillet. allow to simmer on high 5 to 8 minutes.
- 3 add lamb chops; decrease to medium heat. cook until brown, about 12 minutes on each side.
