Soy Glazed Flank Steak

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger.
  • 2 place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
  • 3 cover and marinate, turning occasionally 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
