Soy Glazed Flank Steak

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 scallions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger.
- 2 place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
