Tomato Gravy #2

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in small saucepan and whisk in flour; whisk constantly for 1 minute.
  • 2 gradually whisk in broth and tomato sauce, reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
  • 3 whisk in salt and pepper.
