Taco Casserole

Ingredients

- 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups nacho tortilla chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2 in a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and drain.
- 3 add the cheese, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- 4 drain pasta and stir into beef mixture.
- 5 transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
- 6 cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- 7 uncover and sprinkle with tortilla chips.
- 8 bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
