- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 hot chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 teaspoons gingerroot, minced
- 1 3/4 lbs flank steaks, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons caribbean jerk seasoning
Recipe
- 1 marinate steak in all ingredients 8 hours.
- 2 grill 6 minutes on each side.
- 3 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
