Short Ribs Marinated In Beer

Ingredients

- 4 lbs beef short ribs
- 12 ounces dark beer
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 place short ribs in a large shallow baking dish.
- 2 in medium bowl; stir together remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
- 3 cover, refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
