Short Ribs Marinated In Beer

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lbs beef short ribs
  • 12 ounces dark beer
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 place short ribs in a large shallow baking dish.
  • 2 in medium bowl; stir together remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
  • 3 cover, refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
