- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, making sure the hamburger is broken up well.
