Stuffed Green Peppers With Corn

Total Time: 5 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • 6 green bell peppers
  • 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) can low-sodium whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed low-sodium cream of tomato soup

Recipe

  • 1 cut a slice off the top of each pepper.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine beef, onions, pimento, salt, pepper, and corn.
