Steaks With Blue Cheese Butter

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (1 oz.)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped or 3/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks (6 oz. each, 1 1/2-inch-thick)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 heat gas or charcoal grill. in small bowl, combine all butter ingredients; mix well.
