Steaks With Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (1 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped or 3/4 teaspoon dried chives
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (6 oz. each, 1 1/2-inch-thick)
- 2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning
Recipe
- 1 heat gas or charcoal grill. in small bowl, combine all butter ingredients; mix well.
