Roast Beef Hash

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cubed leftover roast beef
  • 1 cup sliced cooked carrot (optional)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can roast beef gravy (or equivalent leftover gravy)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fry potatoes in oil until lightly brown.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 heat through.
