- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 tomato, diced
Recipe
- 1 brown meat with onion and green pepper.
- 2 mix in mozzarella and mushrooms until cheese is melted.
- 3 serve on deli rolls or french bread loaf, topped with tomato.
