- 1 lb mushroom
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons beef base
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup red burgundy wine
Recipe
- 1 wash mushrooms in hot water.
- 2 melt butter and margarine; add beef base, onion, garlic powder and black pepper.
- 3 simmer mushrooms in mixture until soft.
- 4 add wine.
