Ingredients

- 2 1/2-3 lbs beef short ribs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 dredge ribs in flour, salt and pepper. fry in oil.
- 2 fry onions and garlic in oil.
- 3 combine water, bay leaf, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. pour over ribs, cover and bake 2 1/2 hours.
