- 2 lbs beef, ground
- 1 1/2 ounces onion soup mix, 1 envelope
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, dry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together.
- 2 shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
- 3 broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
