Salisbury Meat Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 pieces toast, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • water (two soup cans worth)
  • milk (one soup can worth)

Recipe

  • 1 mix hamburger with egg, seasoning, and bread crumbs.
  • 2 make into meatballs - size doesn't matter, just whatever you like.
  • 3 fry them in a skillet until brown on all sides.
  • 4 meanwhile, in another pan, add mushroom soup, water, and milk and bring to a boil.
  • 5 add meatballs and all drippings from pan to the soup mix.
  • 6 reduce heat.
  • 7 let it simmer for approx 45 minute.
  • 8 serve and enjoy!
