Salisbury Meat Balls

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 pieces toast, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- water (two soup cans worth)
- milk (one soup can worth)
Recipe
- 1 mix hamburger with egg, seasoning, and bread crumbs.
- 2 make into meatballs - size doesn't matter, just whatever you like.
- 3 fry them in a skillet until brown on all sides.
- 4 meanwhile, in another pan, add mushroom soup, water, and milk and bring to a boil.
- 5 add meatballs and all drippings from pan to the soup mix.
- 6 reduce heat.
- 7 let it simmer for approx 45 minute.
- 8 serve and enjoy!
