Two Season Squash Soup

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled seeded and cubed
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
  • 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
