Roast Beef Hash

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 3 cups cubed leftover roast beef
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup leftover gravy

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender crisp.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except milk and gravy.
  • 3 whisk milk and gravy together until smooth.
  • 4 add to skillet.
  • 5 (if there is no leftover gravy, just increase milk to 1 1/2 cups.) stir all together and bring to a boil.
  • 6 reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  • 7 the liquid should be absorbed.
