Taco Pie In Pie Crust

Ingredients

- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (13 ounce) bag doritos
- 2 cups guacamole
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can black olives
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown meat > drain fat and season.
- 2 unroll crust, put into 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
- 3 bake crust for about 10 minutes until just starting to bubble.
- 4 spread beans on pie crust.
- 5 layer half of meat, chilis and cheese.
- 6 layer other half of meat, chilis and cheese.
- 7 top with crumbled corn chips.
- 8 bake in 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
- 9 serve with guacamole, olives, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa and sour cream.
