Taco Pie In Pie Crust

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (13 ounce) bag doritos
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can black olives
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat > drain fat and season.
  • 2 unroll crust, put into 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
  • 3 bake crust for about 10 minutes until just starting to bubble.
  • 4 spread beans on pie crust.
  • 5 layer half of meat, chilis and cheese.
  • 6 layer other half of meat, chilis and cheese.
  • 7 top with crumbled corn chips.
  • 8 bake in 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
  • 9 serve with guacamole, olives, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa and sour cream.
