The Bomb Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (fine)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 3 teaspoons chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, green onions, coriander, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and egg.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 make 5 burgers.
- 4 poke a hole thru the middle.
- 5 in a small bowl mix together water, hoisin, and sesame oil.
- 6 place burgers on a hot grill and brush the top with the previous mixture.
- 7 flip after 7 min or so and baste the other side.
- 8 serve with condiments of choice.
