Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup fine cracker crumb
- 3 quarts tomato juice
- 2 cups water
- 4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground beef with onion, chili powder, salt& pepper to taste.
- 2 drain and stir in cracker crumbs.
- 3 add tomato juice, water and kidney beans.
- 4 simmer 1 hour.
