St. Pat's Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup fine cracker crumb
  • 3 quarts tomato juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans

Recipe

  • 1 brown the ground beef with onion, chili powder, salt& pepper to taste.
  • 2 drain and stir in cracker crumbs.
  • 3 add tomato juice, water and kidney beans.
  • 4 simmer 1 hour.
