Taco Macaroni And Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 -2 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked (8 oz.)
  • 3/4 lb velveeta cheese, cut up

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  • 2 stir in water, catsup and seasoning mix.
  • 3 bring to boil.
  • 4 stir in macaroni.
  • 5 reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  • 6 simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  • 7 add velveeta; stir until melted.
  • 8 garnish with crushed tortilla chips, chopped green onions and tomatoes.
