Ingredients

- 1/4 lb shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 ounces bavarian sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb corned beef, sliced from deli & then chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- rye cocktail bread
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well. scoop into a 9x13 pan lightly coated with cooking spray.
- 2 bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
- 3 serve with cocktail rye.
