Taco Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • salsa
  • 1 vine-ripe tomato
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. drain fat and add 1/2 the jar of salsa. keep warm.
  • 2 wash and chop tomato and lettuce. layer all ingredients, ending with salsa and cheese into 4 bowls.
