- 1 lb lean ground beef
- salsa
- 1 vine-ripe tomato
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 (8 ounce) bag cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. drain fat and add 1/2 the jar of salsa. keep warm.
- 2 wash and chop tomato and lettuce. layer all ingredients, ending with salsa and cheese into 4 bowls.
