- 15 ounces red kidney beans
- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 lb tortilla chips
- 15 ounces catalina dressing
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef, drain and cool to room temperature. rinse and drain kidney beans; chop lettuce and tomatoes and crush chips.
- 2 mix together-add dressing just before serving.
