Taco Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 15 ounces red kidney beans
  • 1/2 head shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 lb tortilla chips
  • 15 ounces catalina dressing

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef, drain and cool to room temperature. rinse and drain kidney beans; chop lettuce and tomatoes and crush chips.
  • 2 mix together-add dressing just before serving.
