Spaghetti

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato puree
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 16 ounces water

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and brown the ground beef. once beef is browned add chopped onion, green pepper and garlic. saute until soft. add all the remianing ingredients, cover and simmer for 2 hours. if sauce gets too thick add a little more water to thin it out.
