Ingredients

- 8 lbs boneless beef brisket (i use rump, sirloin, tip)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons allspice
- 5 tablespoons salt (coarse salt is better)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 cloves garlic
Recipe
- 1 make slits in meat and insert garlic.
- 2 rub mixture all over meat.
- 3 wrap in foil, and place in bottom of fridge for 5 days.
- 4 (turn each day.) cook 325 for 3 hours.
- 5 slice thin.
