Sour Cream Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 (8 -10 ounce) package kluski style egg noodles
• salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

• 1 brown ground beef and onion, drain off excess grease.
• 2 boil noodles according to package directions.
• 3 combine soups, corn and sour cream in a casserole dish.
• 4 add ground beef mixture and noodles.
• 5 stir until well combined.
• 6 bake for 1 hour at 350ºf.
