Tater Tot Casserole 2

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (i use lean)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can french style green beans, drained
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar ragu chunky garden vegetable spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (2 lb) bag frozen tater tots

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and drain.
  • 2 cook onion and green pepper until tender.
  • 3 add to ground beef.
  • 4 stir well and add drained green beans. mix well.
  • 5 add whole jar of spaghetti sauce and mix well.
  • 6 put in 9x13 casserole and top with frozen tater tots spread evenly over top.
  • 7 bske at 350 until tater tots are crisp and casserole is bubbly (about 25 min.).
  • 8 or, you can bake it at 375, watching so that tater tots do not burn but still get crispy and casserole is bubbly (about 15-20 min).
  • 9 serve hot with a green salad and bread sticks.
