- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 large tomato, sliced thinly
- 4 -6 lamb chops
- sliced mushrooms, optional
Recipe
- 1 put rice and broth in a baking dish.
- 2 put sliced vegetables on top of rice and then layer lamb chops on top of rice.
- 3 cover and bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
