Soup/stew

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 (10 ounce) cans campbells minestrone soup (do not use progresso)
  • 2 cans ranch style beans, undrained
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can italian-style tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven, brown meat& onion.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 add soups and beans.
  • 4 if canned tomatoes need chopping, chop them and add.
  • 5 cook slow over low heat for about 30 minutes to an hour.
