- 1/2 lb ground chicken or 1/2 lb beef
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
Recipe
- 1 put ground meat and soy sauce, sugar, mirin and ginger juice in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 saute the meat, stirring constantly until moisture is almost gone.
- 3 remove from heat.
