Souped Up Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (from a jar)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into patties.
- 2 grill 6 minutes on each side or to your preference of cooking. this makes medium rare burgers.
