Souped Up Burgers

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (from a jar)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into patties.
  • 2 grill 6 minutes on each side or to your preference of cooking. this makes medium rare burgers.
