Tuscan Parmesan Pillows

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef round
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- lemon wedge
Recipe
- 1 mix meat-mixture ingredients until well blended.
- 2 shape into twelve 1 1/4-inch thick patties.
- 3 let stand 15 minutes.
- 4 heat oil and butter in a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5 add patties and cook until well browned on both sides and no longer pink in centers, about 5 minutes each side.
- 6 sprinkle with remaining parsley.
- 7 serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over the patties.
- 8 serves 6.
