Ingredients

- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1/2 lb ground beef
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and drain well, blot with paper towels.
- 2 melt cheese in container in microwave, stirring occasionally to keep creamy.
- 3 add ro-tel to melted cheese.
- 4 add ground beef to cheese mixture, mix well.
- 5 serve warm with tortilla chips.
