Souper Meat 'n Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
• 1 lb hamburger
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
• 1/4 cup shredded mild cheese

Recipe

• 1 mix thoroughly 1/2 can of soup, beef, onion, egg, and seasonings.
• 2 press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate.
• 3 bake at 359 for 25 minutes; spoon off fat.
• 4 frost with potatoes.
• 5 top with remaining soup and cheese.
• 6 bake 10 minutes more, or until done.
