Teriyaki Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 slices bread, soaked in water & squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix and spoon into greased loaf pan.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 3 let stand 5 minutes and pour off any excess juices.
  • 4 spoon on topping. serves 6 to 8.
