Taverns

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard or 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lbs hamburger

Recipe

  • 1 combine water, catsup, chili powder, mustard, onion and salt& pepper in a large sauce pan.
  • 2 bring to boil and cook for 7 minutes.
  • 3 add hamburger meat.
  • 4 cook an additional 20 minutes until done.
  • 5 serve on hamburger buns.
