Tater Tot Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (i prefer the shredded velveeta)
  • 1 (2 lb) bag frozen tater tots

Recipe

  • 1 cook beef and onions till beef is brown.
  • 2 add soup and cook till soup is mixed throughly.
  • 3 pour into a casserole dish.
  • 4 sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5 layer a single layer of tater tots on top.
  • 6 bake at 350 for about 30 minutes till tater tots are nice and brown.
