Tater Tot Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef (i like to use 80/20 or 90/10)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 lb) bag frozen tater tots
  • 0.25 (1 lb) bag shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 sauté onions and brown ground beef. while that is browning mix chicken noodle soup and cream of chicken soup in separate bowl.
  • 2 once browned, cover bottom of 13x9 pan w/ ground beef and onion.
  • 3 spread soup mixture over beef.
  • 4 top with frozen tater tots.
  • 5 sprinkle cheddar cheese over all.
  • 6 bake at 350f for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and tater tots are browned.
