Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 quart tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 (14 ounce) can carrots, peeled and cut-up or 4 fresh carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1 onion
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn
- 1 cup potato, diced
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onion.
- 2 drain.
- 3 combine everything in a large pot and simmer for about an hour.
- 4 good soup to use leftovers in - beans, zucchini, etc. very good the next day.
