Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, cubed
- 1 lb lamb loin, cubed
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 ounces small mushrooms, halved
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb noodles, cooked
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except sour cream, cornstarch, salt, pepper and noodles in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 2 stir in combined sour cream and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes. discard bay leaves; season to taste with salt and pepper. serve over noodles.
