Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 10 3/4 ounces milk (i.e., one of the soup cans)
- frozen green beans (eyeball the amount)
- 1 cup 2% cheddar cheese
- 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
- garlic powder
- french's french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 meanwhile, brown the ground beef, garlic, and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain grease.
- 3 spread the cooked hamburger in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 4 in a bowl, stir together the soups, milk, and green beans.
- 5 pour the soup mixture over the beef and then sprinkle with cheese.
- 6 top with tater tots and sprinkle on some garlic powder.
- 7 bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- 8 top with some french̢۪s french fried onions, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until onions are browned.
