Tangy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb stewing beef or 1 lb steak
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 oxo beef cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown beef until no longer pink.
- 2 remove beef and keep warm.
- 3 add mushrooms, onions and garlic. cook until tender.
- 4 add flour.
- 5 add water, lemon juice, vinegar, oxo, salt and pepper.
- 6 bring to a boil.
- 7 stir in sour cream, beef. reduce heat and do not boil.
- 8 serve over noodles.
