Tostado Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
• 2 1/2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed and divided
• 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 in a skillet, brown ground beef.
• 2 drain.
• 3 add 1/2 cip tomato sauce and taco mix.
• 4 blend well,.
• 5 line bottom of a greased 8 inch square baking dish with 2 cups corn chips.
• 6 combine remaining tomato sauce and beans.
• 7 spread meat mixture over chips.
• 8 then spoon bean mixture over meat.
• 9 bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
• 10 remove from oven.
• 11 sprinkle cheese and remaining cruahed corn chips on top.
• 12 bake 5 minutes more.
